We often get the question: What kind of photo booths do you use – and what does that mean for photos, sharing, and printing? Here you'll find a simple and concise overview.
We use equipment from the American company Photobooth Supply Co (PBSCO). These are robust and stylish photo booths that are also market leaders in image quality, software, and reliability.
For those who want the best image quality and the option to print photos during the event, we offer the service Fotokassa Pro, where we use Guac & Chips – the leading premium booth with a DSLR camera and powerful flash. The printer is a fast and reliable professional model.
For self-service events where the focus is on digital sharing of photos, we offer the service Fotokassa Insta. We then use the photo booth Salsa 2 – a modern iPad-based photo booth that is extremely mobile and easy to use.
For events seeking a unique and memorable video experience, we offer Fotokassa 360. We then use Tortilla 360 which is tailor-made equipment and software to create the very best 360 video recordings and experiences.

Photo Booth Pro
In short: A high-end photo booth with a 24 MP DSLR camera and studio flash that delivers razor-sharp photos, smooth skin tones, and perfect lighting – even in dark venues. Ideal when image quality and brand experience are paramount.
What you get:
Professional image quality: 24 MP still images, suitable for large prints and full HD photos.
Studio lighting: Powerful flash for even and beautiful lighting in all settings.
Formats & effects: Photo, GIF, Boomerang, vertical/horizontal, black & white, filters (incl. "Glam"), overlays, and animated frames.
On-site printing (optional): Wired or wireless connection to a professional printer. Fast print time and high capacity – perfect for large audiences.
Branding: Over 100 LED sequences for lighting design and the possibility for us to produce custom photo walls / press walls with your logo or message. Otherwise, we have a range of standard backgrounds to choose from that suit most occasions.
Live gallery & sharing: QR code, email, and on-screen display at the venue. All files are delivered afterwards in a digital gallery.
Ergonomics: Angle adjustment ("tilt") for both seated and standing guests – also child and wheelchair-friendly.
Mobility: Quick assembly, sturdy flight cases, and equipment that can withstand transport and setup in professional environments.
Practical considerations at your location:
Space requirement: A standard 2 × 2 m photo wall is included with premium deliveries. We recommend a total approx. 3 × 3 m zone for the booth, background wall, and clear space in front of the lens.
Power: One standard 230 V circuit near the setup point (we bring necessary power converters where needed).
Internet: Not required for taking pictures. For continuous sharing/"live gallery," we use local Wi-Fi – otherwise, everything is uploaded after the event.
Outdoors: Works fine under cover and protected from weather. In cold/hot weather, we ensure correct temperature and stable operation.

Photo Booth Insta
In short: Our most flexible and user-friendly booth. iPad-based, runs on power or battery, and can be used statically on a stand or wall-mounted.
What you get:
Fast and easy: Super quick startup and intuitive screen – all guests can use it.
Formats & effects: Photo, GIF, Boomerang, video, green screen, "Glam" mode, and multi-capture.
Sharing & gallery: QR code, Airdrop, and email during the event, as well as a digital gallery where you can download or "stream" photos directly to a screen via a unique link you receive.
Mobility: Delivered in a light trolley bag, can be battery-powered if no outlet is available.
Branding: Over 100 LED sequences for lighting design and the option for us to produce custom photo walls / press walls with your logo or message. Otherwise, we have a range of standard backgrounds to choose from that suit most occasions.
Practical considerations at your location:
Space requirement: Without a background wall, it needs ~1.5 × 1.5 m. With our 2 × 2 m photo wall, we recommend ~3 × 3 m total.
Power: A standard 230 V outlet is sufficient, but we can also use battery power (especially suitable for drop-off deliveries or locations without easy power access).
Internet: Not required for taking pictures, but necessary for direct sharing during the event.

Photo Booth 360
In short: Our most unique and memorable booth. This system is designed to create dynamic 360 videos and is built on Photobooth Supply Co.'s Tortilla 360. It's perfect for capturing magical moments in motion.
What you get:
Format and effects: The main focus is on experience-based video. The system supports 360-degree recording to create dynamic clips, as opposed to traditional still images or GIFs.
Software & Design: It is powered by Fiesta Software, which includes specific 360 Support. The software also features Design Studio for customizing video overlays and branding to ensure the videos reflect the event's theme or company logo.
Sharing & Gallery: Guests can instantly share the captured 360 videos after recording. The software allows for the creation of a digital gallery where guests can download videos, often shared via QR code or email.
Mobility: The Fotokassa 360 (Tortilla) is built to be extremely portable, simplifying logistics and making it suitable for a variety of locations.
Practical considerations at your location:
Space requirement: As this is a rotating platform, a larger and open area is required than for a stationary photo booth. We recommend a minimum of 3 x 3 meters completely free of obstructions for the platform to rotate safely and provide guests with enough space to move around.
Power: Power supply is necessary for motorized operation. A standard 230 V outlet is required to power the 360-degree rotation mechanism and lighting.
Internet: An internet connection is required to enable immediate sharing and delivery of 360 videos to guests' phones via Fiesta Software.
